We recently had extensive work completed on our home by Gottpower, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. The scope of work included roof replacement, a full kitchen and living room remodel, new flooring, a bathroom renovation, and a complete master bathroom renovation. Darrell and Paula were great. The did a great job removing the mold and redoing our entire basement, at a very fair price. They resolved any questions we had, were very open and accommodating when we made changes to the plan. Our job included a 500 square foot basement, needing sheet rock removed and replaced, bathroom install, some electric and plumbing work, new flooring, and removal and install of some walls and cabinets. We are thrilled with our services from GottPower and could not speak more highly of Paula, Darryl, Louis, and their crew. We had significant water damage in our kitchen and within hours of our phone call Darryl came over to acess the leak and confirm the damage with the moisture radar. Within days the remediation and restoration process began. Paula was so helpful with walking us through the insurance process. Our work took several weeks and throughout the entire period they were responsive, professional and communicative. We were so impressed with their work and Luis, we hired them to complete the remodeling of our existing garage. They had excellent  ideas to utilize our space and transformed an old laundry room and garage to a beautiful living room. Thank you to your team for working endlessly on our home! They repaired an exterior wall that was almost completely rotted out due to a leak on a second floor.  Very professional and took time to do little touches like filling in gaps between the plywood on the exterior of the house that would be unseen soon after siding goes up. Gott Power is by far the best water restoration company in Maryland. I am a first time home buyer and had an awful leak in my basement. Paula and Darrell we're so responsive and amazing throughout the entire process. Their years of experience and knowledge made the process so smooth. We had a sump pump that failed and our basement flooded. I was devastated at how fast the carpet got soaked, and how much damage it caused. We called Gottpower Restoration and they were amazing. They came in and removed the wet carpet and padding, replaced the sump pump and got our basement dried out quickly. We really did not have the money to take care of this out of pocket, Gottpower Restoration worked with our insurance company and got everything covered under our policy. They have the same pricing program as our insurance company. We are so glad we contacted them and their response was fast, and they took care of everything from start to finish.
